Techno Economic Viability (TEV) Study of a proposed mega-university near Pune
GDAC conducted a TEV study on behalf of a nationalised Bank for a proposed set up of a mega- university with about 50 acres of land and a project cost of Rs. 650 crores.
The study proved to be challenging in the light of minimum availability of data for carrying out the study from the Borrower. As such it proved to be more in the nature of feasibility study where the project assumptions were worked out and firmed up independently by us. A substantial amount of market study was undertaken to appreciate the nature of courses and the fees charged by an university of an “international cadre” and the complex statutory and legal compliances required.
The TEV was successfully completed in such challenging circumstances.
